Pursuant to the Law on Nature Protection and the Ordinance on Strictly Protected Species, every person is obliged to report accidentally caught and/or killed or injured or sick wild and strictly protected animals to the Institute for Environmental and Nature Protection of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Green Transition through a report form or by phone within 24 hours, in the manner provided for in the system for reporting and monitoring caught, killed, injured and sick strictly protected animals and the records that it keeps Institute.

Individuals of strictly protected species from nature that are found exhausted, sick, injured, wounded or poisoned are taken care of in wildlife sanctuaries for the purpose of recovery and return to nature.
